A life less ordinary

The weekend was fun, with a trip to Mumbai (drove myself up and down in my Alto) and some good times with cousins. The drive itself was okay, considering I had some really good loud music to keep me company on the drive down.

Mom had her cataract operation about 10 days ago, and had caught a viral fever right after. We were all on high alert as she is prone to asthmatic attacks when unwell. She pulled through and was well within 2 days, and there was relief all over. The doctors said that the humidity levels in Mumbai might accentuate her asthma and so I went over immediately to bring them both to Pune.

An old friend set me up on facebook and have been having fun since. It's a fairly interesting place to be :) For some reason the site also re-ignited my love for photography. I shall be posting a lot more of those on there soon.

All this aside, a lot has been happening of late. I have been reading a lot of books, literature, management material, as well as core competence stuff. I want to break free!
