Chasing the Monsoons

Came into the office at around 1:00 after a tiring day (slept at something like 5:00 in the morning coz I couldn't think straight). A few minutes later it starts raining. The first proper rain we have had in a few days now.

I walked right into Marsha's office and told her I'm going for a walk in the rain. She was like you really want to do that? I was like yeah, come on! Its the best think that can happen to me today. I picked up my rain jacket, my camera and my iPod and walked right out. Ahh the smell of wet earth was heavenly. Took a few pictures but none of them were good enough to post here (still have to go through them and if any good ones exist, they will be on here). Was playing "Sawan barse tarse dil" on my iPod as I trudged along.

Came back after about 15 minutes as the rain had slowed to the drizzle. Then got on with coding some new features into the website I'm working on these days.

Planning on cooking Chole tonight. Lets see how those turn out.
