Chasing the Monsoons

Yesterday night was unforgettable. Around 12, friends showed up. A few moments later, Vardhan and gang (Amalesh, Sudarshan, Manish, Niranjan and Ketan) showed up.

The cake was this awesome chocolate one. I was like yummy! :) Then the problem arose with lighting the candle. No one seemed to have a match! Once that was sorted out, thy started singing the traditional 'Happy B'day to you' song and I blew out the candle and cut the cake. Before I could even put a piece into my mouth, I was whisked off to be given b'day bumps! :(

In the thick of things, we realised there were people whose b'day had been missed earlier on and they were given bumps too :D. Once all that was done with, we moved on to eating the cake. I also got a sizeable chunk on my face and my hair and all. :(

But all in all, a great surprise! It was a ton of fun. Hope to put up pictures soon, once Sharvari sends them to me! Thanks a ton guys.

Noticeably missing from my b'day: Parents and RSF Gang. Spoke to Pinku though.. idiot was eating dinner at like 12:00 in the night or so. :)

Now its back to studying for 2 exams!
